What Is The Amazon Kendal

It's been 3 years since Amazon set out to design and build an entirely new device. One that is a convenient, portable reading device with the ability to download books, magazines, blogs, newspapers and others and to do so via wireless communication. That device is the Amazon Kendal.

Amazon designed Kendal to provide an exceptional reading experience. The Kendal's electronic paper is a revolutionary new technology for displaying text. Reading the screen of the Kendal is as sharp and natural as reading ink on paper. It is nothing like the strain and glare that comes with reading a computer screen. Kendal is also easy on the fingers. It never becomes hot and is designed for both left-handed and right-handed people so you can read comfortably at any angle for long periods of time.

Amazon wanted the Kendal to be completely mobile and simple to use for everyone, so they made it wireless. There is no computer needed and no syncing is needed. The Kendal uses the same 3G network as advanced cell phones, and content is delivered using Amazon's own wireless delivery system, Amazon Whispernet. Unlike WiFi, you’ll never need to locate a hotspot. There is no service plan, or yearly contract, or monthly wireless bills. Amazon takes care of the hassles so you can just read.

Amazon's Whispernet allows you to be anywhere, think of a book, and get it in one minute. Also, your content comes to you automatically, no matter where you are. Newspaper subscriptions can be delivered wirelessly every morning. Magazines arrive before they hit newsstands.

The Amazon Kendal allows you to download and read the beginning of books for free. This way, you can try it before you buy it, simply buy and download with 1-Click, right from your Kendal, and continue reading the rest of the book. All newspaper subscriptions available through the Kendal come with a risk-free two-week trial.

The Kendal is the size of a paperback and contains expandable memory which lets you travel light with your collection. You have the freedom to download what you want, whenever you want or need, so you should never again find yourself stuck without something great to read.

The Amazon Kendal is expected to be a HOT item this Christmas...CLICK HERE to get your hands on one now before the rush!

Amazon Kendal Or Amazon Kindle

So, which is it? Amazon Kendal or Amazon Kindle?

Well, Amazon spells it "Kindle." So now you know! :)

The Amazon Kindle is a new device developed by Amazon.com that allows you to read various types of documents electronically.

Many types of documents are available including books, blogs, magazines, and newspapers.

How good is the quality of what you are reading? Quoting from Amazon's own product descrition: "Revolutionary electronic-paper display provides a sharp, high-resolution screen that looks and reads like real paper."

Maybe the neatest feature of the Amazon Kindle is that it is wireless and uses the same airwaves as the cell phone companies. You can connect and download documents for the Kindle without worrying about finding a wireless hotspot.
